What do you mean "list of singers", do you mean the "Rotation" playlist? do you mean the "KJ Rotation" playlist? Note, you are not meant to play songs directly in the "Venue" playlist (the one who's default name is "Singers")

in that case, just stop the rotation (command period, or escape, or press the stop button), then go to the song in the library and double click it

is this problem still happening? can you do a screen capture vid?

@edbronson are there other activities like pulling or pushing meta data? that would cause DB saves. and did you turn off "make backups" ?

well, i still can't reproduce the problem reliably.
if you can get a solid repro case, that will GREATLY help !!!!

try this:
go to kjams->prefs->advanced, and UN-check "automatically make backups of database"
see if that helps?

no, it's not implemented. there is no quicktime. it will eventually be replaced by another exporter of some kind, probably h.264.
