Music Store/KaraokeCloud/Purchase Failure

So, you've gotten a message saying "kJams Purchase Failure" and "The Song Requested was not found".

I have an idea how to fix this, however it requires a couple of things from you:

  1. you must remember which song you attempted to download / stream. Do you?
  2. you must be willing to follow the directions for the fix
  3. you must be willing write back to me, and let me know the results of attepmting the "fix"

If you're willing and able to do all of the above, then just write back and let me know you want to try the fix, and we'll go from there!
