If you're having trouble with your Credit Card using Karaoke Cloud, please follow these trouble shooting steps.
- quit kJams (this clears the log)
- run kJams
- go to Preferences->Stores->Edit Credit Card Settings
- verify your CC info is correct
- click OK
- Karaoke Cloud should automatically re-log in and verify your CC settings are correct
- if you get an error message at this point, click OK
- click "Edit Music Store Settings"
- select "Karaoke Cloud"
- verify that you are logged in and have your "Tier" set correctly
- click "OK" then "OK"
- in the Help menu, pick "Send Log file"
- email that log file to me
- create a new, separate email, with the subject "KaraokeCloud CC help", telling me that you just sent the log file, so i can look at it.
