Windows/Error Reports

If you do not have an email client set up, you will not be able to send the crash reports automatically. I highly recommend you set up an email client, web mail is just not the same, the problem is that so many folks just don't know any better. So give it a try, google for directions on how to set it up, it's pretty easy.

But if you only have web mail, you can send the reports, you just have to do it manually. When you see a crash report, it looks like this:

Do NOT click the "Send Report" button unless you have your email client already set up. Instead, press the "What does this report contain?" link. Then you will see a window like this:

Now click the "Export" button. Then, navigate to the desktop and click "save". Now, go to your web mail, and make a new message to me. Then add an attachment, and find the zip file you just saved on the desktop, then send it. After that you may trash the zip file to keep your desktop clean.
